RESPONSIBILITES:

Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment and access points; permitting entry

Obtain help by sounding alarms

Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers
-
Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures
-
Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls
-
Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
-
Provide excellent customer service
-
Adhere to all company service and operating standards
-
Remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
-
Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers
-
Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
-
Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain an efficient system to control equipment/uniform inventory. This includes, but is not limited to: maintaining an inventory of equipment serial numbers, ordering supplies, issuing uniforms and equipment, managing return of uniforms and equipment.

Perform basic Human Resources tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, new hire paperwork, scheduling interviews, hiring, and maintaining personnel files.

Enter new hires into TrackTik and WhenToWork.

Update and maintain forms.
-
Assist with maintaining the officer tracking system to ensure all staff are arriving on time and working scheduled shifts.
-
Serve as on-call supervisor as needed.

Complete special assignments from Scheduling Coordinator, Operations Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, and/or anyone other designated corporate officer of the company.

Maintain detailed records of on site training
-
Maintain detailed records of counseling
-
Follow up to ensure counseling is effective (if officer is counseled for uniform issues, make sure the issues are fixed)
-
Continuously monitor the Daily Summary reports for designated sites to maintain officer compliance and quality control based on client specifications and needs (i.e., make sure the officer is following the scope of service properly).

Perform all day Dispatch tasks as necessary
